MaddieLee Boutique offers, but is not limited to:
- Boutique apparel and accessories
- Custom apparel and promotional products
- Embroidery, screen printing, DTF printing, sublimation, and laser engraving services
- Tanning services and memberships
- Home fragrance and specialty products
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products and services at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.
4. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders require customer approval before production begins.
By approving a design proof, you acknowledge that:
- All spelling, sizing, colors, and design elements have been reviewed and approved.
- Production will begin after approval.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned.
MaddieLee Boutique is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.
5. Production and Shipping Times
Estimated production and shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
MaddieLee Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Manufacturer delays
- Circumstances outside of our control
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Custom products, personalized items, tanning services, memberships, and sale items are generally non-refundable.
7. Tanning Services
By purchasing tanning services or memberships, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tanning.
Customers agree to:
- Follow all tanning safety instructions and recommendations.
- Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect tanning.
- Use tanning equipment at their own risk.
MaddieLee Boutique reserves the right to refuse tanning services to anyone for safety reasons.
8. Memberships and Packages
Tanning memberships and package purchases:
- Are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Are non-refundable.
- May not be redeemed for cash.
- Are subject to change or cancellation at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, and content created by or owned by MaddieLee Boutique remain the property of MaddieLee Boutique unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs without permission.
10. Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers represent that they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, or designs submitted to MaddieLee Boutique.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold MaddieLee Boutique harmless from any claims relating to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaddieLee Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
12. Refusal of Service
MaddieLee Boutique reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate services at our sole discretion for any lawful reason.
13. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order processing, customer service, and business operations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.
14. Governing Law
