MADDIELEE BOUTIQUE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MaddieLee Boutique, we take pride in providing quality products and custom creations. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Boutique Items
We gladly accept returns on eligible boutique merchandise within 7 days of purchase or delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be free of odors, pet hair, stains, and damage.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom apparel and personalized items
- Embroidered, screen printed, sublimated, DTF, or otherwise customized products
- Sale, clearance, or discounted merchandise
- Accessories, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, and personal care items
- Gift cards
- Tanning packages, memberships, and services
Exchanges
If you receive an item that does not fit, we may offer an exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Local Pickup Orders
Orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be donated, discarded, or resold, and no refund will be issued.
Custom Order Policy
All custom orders require approval before production begins. Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, no cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
