As of March 2021, due to the Pandemic of COVID-19 and the shut down. There is a shirt shortage and some colors may vary to picture. We thrive to always get the exact color, but this isn’t always the case due to shirt shortage.

 Embroidery products MUST be washed and dried with care during every cleaning. We recommend washing embroidered items inside out to protect longevity and design as much as possible, and also to hang to dry. Once embroidered products leave our facility we are no longer responsible for damage or destruction due to improper care and compliance of a product. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered on damaged products improperly cared for. Tampering with or damaging a product will no longer be available for refund or exchanges. Upon return of products, all items will be inspected for tampering  

 

Color change requests for clothing products are NOT guaranteed. We strive to fulfill all requests for changes or substitutions, but are not always able to complete these requests due to availability. When placing your order, you are agreeing that any requests may not be completed and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to inability to fulfill requests
